Refund policy

Customers pay workers directly, so Taski cannot refund money paid for a job. Please settle this with the other person, or report a problem so we can review the job.

If a report is upheld and Taski cancels a job, no commission is owed for that job. Any commission already paid for it is refunded to the original payment method.

If you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice, contact us and we will correct it.

We aim to review refund requests within 7 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
