What Taski is

Taski connects people who need a small job done with people nearby who can do it. Taski is not an employer and is not a party to the agreement between a customer and a worker.

Your account

You must give your real full name and your own mobile number. One person should use one account. We may review, hold or close accounts that appear to be duplicates or that break these terms.

Daily limits

You can post 2 jobs and apply for 8 jobs a day. Days reset at midnight India time. Cancelled jobs and withdrawn offers still count. You can add up to 4 photos to a job, a completed job or your profile, and upload 30 photos a day.

Paying for a job

The customer pays the worker directly, in the way they both agree. Taski does not handle this payment and is not responsible for it.

Commission

Your first completed job on Taski is free. After that, the customer and the worker each owe Taski 2% of the agreed job price for every completed job, with a minimum of 1 rupee.

When a job is complete

A job is complete when the customer confirms it. If nobody reports a problem, a job is marked complete automatically 2 days after the worker is assigned, or 2 days after the preferred date if that is later.

Reporting a problem

If a job was not done, the customer or the worker can report a problem on the job page before it closes or within 7 days after. The job and its commission stay on hold until Taski reviews it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you post, for the work you agree to do, and for following the law. Do not post anything illegal, false or harmful.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you on the website.
